Mind and body, as one system

You already know what to do. So why can't you do it?

We don't fix your discipline. We work the pattern underneath it — in your body and in your beliefs — until the loop stops running you.

The pattern

You're not lazy. You're looping.

You've read the books. You've had the therapist. You've started the plan on the first of the month more times than you'd admit out loud.

And still:

The restart loop A closed four-step cycle — fresh start, strict week, slip, shame — feeding back into fresh start. The cycle is broken open between shame and fresh start, where the work happens. Freshstart Strictweek Slip Shame the exit is here
Four steps you know by heart. The gap is the only way out.

Here's what nobody told you: you are not failing at change. You're succeeding at protection.

Every pattern you can't break is doing a job — soothing something, avoiding something, keeping something at bay. It won't release until the thing it's protecting is safe.

That's not a mindset problem. That's a nervous system in a job it never got to quit.

Why it hasn't worked yet

Most wellness treats you like two people.

A nutritionist

gives you a meal plan.

A therapist

gives you insight.

A trainer

gives you a program.

Each one is good. Each one is working on a piece.

But the loop doesn't live in a piece. It lives in the wiring between them — where a stress response you never chose fires three seconds before a thought you'd never endorse.

You can't out-plan a nervous system. You can only teach it something new.

The method

The Healed Framework

Four phases, in order. Nothing is skipped, because skipping is why it didn't hold last time.

The Healed Framework, in order Four sequential phases: Reveal, then Regulate, then Rewrite, then Root. The line thickens across the sequence to show depth increasing from seeing the pattern to living without it. Reveal Regulate Rewrite Root see it body first belief next live it
Depth increases left to right. Skip a phase and it doesn't hold.
01

Reveal

We map the actual pattern — not the story about it. What triggers it, what it gives you, what it costs.

Most people have never seen it written down.

02

Regulate

We get your body out of survival physiology first. Breath, sleep, nourishment, rhythm, movement.

This isn't the warm-up. A dysregulated system can't hold a new behavior.

03

Rewrite

We work the layer underneath the habit — the belief that got installed before you had words for it.

Somatic inquiry, boundaries, and an honest look at what the loop pays you.

04

Root

We make it survive real life. Your relapse protocol, your environment, your capacity to coach yourself.

You leave able to do this without me. That's the point.

Meet Hannah

I took the long way through this.

Ten years teaching yoga. Four degrees in how bodies work. And years still convinced something was wrong with my discipline.

  • MSc Physiological Psychology
  • BSc Kinesiology
  • Nutrition
  • BSN Nursing

What turned it was a coach who put muscle on me and made me eat. It worked because the order was right: body first, then belief.

I want to hand that to the women who've felt stuck, or at war with food, and been told to try harder.

I'll be kind, and I won't let you off the hook.

Inside Evolve

Your coaching lives in one place.

Evolve is the app you'll be working in — your program, your food, your check-ins and me, all in one place instead of five.

Your program, built for you

Custom training, adjusted as you go — not a PDF that stops fitting in week three.

Food and macros, tracked in-app

Log it once. I can see it, so our conversations start from what actually happened.

On-demand follow-alongs

Yoga, mobility, strength — press play when you have the window, no scheduling.

Body metrics over time

The graph that shows the trend when the mirror is lying to you.

A direct line to me

Message me in the app. No comment sections, no inbox roulette.

The resource library

Recipe books, guides and the reading I'd give you if you asked why any of this works.

You'll get your access link when you join — no app store hunting, nothing to set up first.

Not sure which? Start with the fit call. If none of these are right for you, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Start here

Book a free 20-minute fit call.

No pitch. Twenty minutes, one honest conversation about what's actually keeping you stuck and whether I'm the right person for it.

I read these myself. You'll hear back from me, not a sequence.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

I've tried coaching before.

Then you already know that insight without regulation doesn't hold. Most coaching starts at the mindset layer. We start at the body, because that's the layer that decides whether the mindset work has anywhere to land.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-facing and action-oriented; therapy treats mental health conditions. Plenty of my clients do both, and I'll happily coordinate with your therapist. If what you need is clinical care, I'll tell you directly.

I don't have time.

The deepest tier asks for about 90 minutes a week of live time, plus 10–15 minutes a day of practice. The lighter tiers ask for less. The loop is currently costing you more than that.

It's a real investment.

It is. Compare it to another year in the loop — the health you're spending, the opportunities you're declining, the relationships running the same script.

And if it's genuinely not the right time, start with a challenge and step up when it is.

Do I have to be already fit for this?

No. I work with people who feel at war with their body and people who just feel stuck. Where you're starting changes the program, not whether it works.

The pattern isn't going to get bored and leave.

It has been running longer than you've been trying to stop it, and it is very good at its job. It ends when someone finally works the layer it lives in.
